Dog Care and Boarding

Walks

Group walks are for adult dogs and are approx 1 hour long.  The time it takes to collect and return your dog is added on so your dog may be away from home for approx 1.5 hours. Weekend & Bank Holidays walks are subject to availability.

Daycare

Daycare is between 8am–5.45pm Monday to Saturday’s & Bank Holidays.  Please bring your dog between 8-8.45am and collect between 4-5.45pm. I can collect & return dogs that live in Bishops Cleeve & Woodmancote at no extra cost between 9-11am and returned between 3.30-4pm. Daycare applies to dogs that arrive and go home on the same day. Please note only neutered males are accepted for daycare regardless of age.

Home Boarding

Please bring your dog between 8-8.45am (Mon-Sat) and collect them before 5.45pm on their last day.  Home boarding is charged per day regardless of what time they are dropped off.  If you are unable to collect your dog before 5.45pm on their last day they can stay overnight and be collected before 8.45am at a cost of £10.  After 8.45am a full days boarding will be charged. Please note, no arrivals or collections on a Sunday. A minimum of 2 days boarding applies if arriving on a Saturday. If a bank holiday falls during the period of the dogs stay this will be charged at the bank holiday rate.  If bitches are in season or due to be during their stay, please notify me asap. Only neutered males are accepted for home boarding regardless of age. Spaces are strictly limited to 4 dogs staying here at any one time. 

Home Visits

Home visits are for toilet/play/feeding/short walk etc. Suitable for puppies and elderly/injured pets. 

Terms & Conditions

Please note: Full payment is required on collection of your dog after boarding or daycare unless on an agreed monthly invoice. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours, late payment will incur a 10% surcharge of the total invoice amount.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated including Kennel Cough for home boarding & daycare. Proof of vaccination is required before they arrive for daycare and boarding.  Food is not included and must be provided.

Retainer fee: For regular walks and daycare a retainer fee of 50% will charged if more than 4 weeks absence is taken in a calender year, this guarantees that your space is not taken by customers currently on a waiting list. This will be calculated dependant on how many sessions per week your dog has booked, for example:

1 session per week = 4 sessions before 50% charge

2 sessions per week = 8 sessions before 50% charge

3 sessions per week = 12 sessions before 50% charge

4 sessions per week = 16 sessions before 50% charge

Please note: a retainer fee will not apply for Paws4ward annual leave and bank holidays including Christmas and New Year  

All services on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day are charged at double rate. Easter Sunday is charged at bank holiday rate. 

Cancellation Policy: please note that ALL SERVICES will be charged at 100% if less than 48hrs notice is given including home boarding bookings.

Please keep your dog on a lead at all times unless inside our secure garden.
